Returns Policy

You may return new and unused defective items within 5 days of delivery for either a replacement lure, or refund......at the discretion of Mad Bass Lure Company.

Should you be granted a refund, you should expect to receive your refund within four to six weeks of giving your package to the return shipper.  With that said, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly, and we will do everything we can to speed up the process.  This process will require 5-10 days for return shipping to us, 2 to 5 days processing, and sometimes up to 10 business days for your bank to process a refund.  Please be patient with us during this process, and we will make things right for you.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items.  We typically ship every week day, however guarantee shipment within 2 business days.

Please also note that the shipping rates for most items we sell are based on total price of your purchase.
